wellington is a punk-er city than i have lived in.
even their construction signs have wide gauge nose rings.
perhaps that will be my next adventure...

I didn't know they were allowed to wear jewelery at work.
pretty much every construction worker has a nipple ring.... but you are correct that nose and ear rings are less common...
